More hopping. Can't measure at home, but am hitting around 60 inches without being able to hold my stance after hopping. Hopping, a little bit of ROM for good measure. PT appt. Hop test again with other strengthening exercises. Hopped 58 inches on repaired leg! More hops, wall sits, one legged squats. No PT. Ran on a treadmill for the first time! Nerve racking, but felt good. Noticeable limp. Ran 4 min. on, 1 min. off for 15 min.

Ran on treadmill. 25 min. 75% running, 25% walking. No swelling after the fact. Ran on treadmill for 15 minutes straight, no walk breaks. Shoveled snow, gave the knee a rest from running. Knelt on knee again and it felt ok, but still made me nervous! Ran for 20 min. straight, no walking. No PT/workout. C'mon! It's Christmas! Give me a break! 25 min. run/walk (70/30). Darn x-mas dinner did me in! 30 min. running no walk breaks.
28 29 30 31
Misc. lifting and bending associated with moving. 30 min. running no walk breaks. Incline gradually increased every other minute. Leg press and calf raise with added weight for the first time! Kept it light for now.
